Kia has revealed a trio of sporty GT models at the Brussels motor show, bringing its GT badge to the EV3, EV4, and EV5.
As with the flagship EV6 and EV9 GT, the new models feature performance upgrades, more aggressive styling and a different chassis set up. This includes new drive modes, electronically controlled suspension, digital lighting and performance-themed artificial sound generators.

The EV3 GT and EV4 GT both models use twin motors to produce a total of 293hp and give all-wheel drive. The power is biased to the front, with 197hp, while the rear adds 95hp. These are mated to a 81.4kWh battery, an electronically controlled suspension with GT-specific tuning and 20-inch alloy wheels with performance oriented tyres. The EV4 GT is available in both Hatchback and Fastback body styles.
A dedicated GT drive mode tweaks the power delivery, steering response, suspension, and vehicle displays to give a sporty feel, and both models feature the simulated Virtual Gear Shift and sound design. This mimics conventional engines and gearboxes by giving a tactile sensation during acceleration and deceleration.

Inside, there are semi bucket seats inspired by the EV9 GT, with the distinctive neon accents and ambient lighting linked to drive modes.
The EV5’s GT upgrade gives it a 305hp dual-motor powertrain with a GT specific chassis configuration, including electronically controlled suspension. It also has GT exclusive exterior details, dedicated semi bucket sport seats, and ambient lights linked to GT drive modes.

The GT badge first appeared on a Kia in 2013 with the Ceed GT and ProCeed GT.
In 2022 it came into the electric age with the EV6 GT, which has a massive 650hp.
Production of the EV3 GT, EV4 GT, and EV5 GT is scheduled to start in the second quarter of 2026 before going on sale in the UK in the middle of the year. Expect prices to be around £3,000 more than the existing range toppers.

The EV4 will be available as either a Hatchback (above) or Fastback
