Jeep has finally joined the swathe of car makers offering an unofficial grant to match the Government’s official incentive of £3,750.
This grant is available across the Avenger Electric range, including Longitude, Altitude and Summit models, but is currently limited until 30th September.
With the Jeep EV grant, the Avenger Electric line up now starts at £26,249 for the Longitude variant, £28,249 for the Altitude and £30,249 for the Summit.
This compares to the £26,250 post grant price of the Ford Puma Gen-E, one of the Avenger’s key rivals, which is eligible for the full Government incentive.
In addition to the Jeep discount, Jeep is also offering another £1,500 deposit contribution on the Avenger Summit when financed through 0% APR Personal Contract Purchase (PCP) until 30th September. With a minimum 20% customer deposit, on 0% PCP, customers can have one for £270 per month.
All Avenger Electric models have a range of up to 248 miles, an 11kW onboard charger and 100kW fast charge. They can complete 20-80% charge in less than 30 minutes from a 100kW rapid public charger. The motor produces 156hp and delivers max torque of 260 Nm.
